Peter Do

The Vietnamese American designer Peter Do has one of the most compelling stories in fashion. He grew up on a small farm an hour outside Ho Chi Minh City, before moving to the Philadelphia suburbs age 14, where he discovered fashion. Peter established his eponymous label in 2018 aged just 26. Since then, he has created what he calls a “modern uniform for my generation”. American Vogue described it as “chic essentialism” for a new era. Peter was recently named creative director of Helmut Lang.

Peter wanted to create a quintessentially New York collection with his ECCO.Kollektive debut. That translates into genderless pieces thoughtfully designed for busy lives in non-stop cities. Peter builds into his collection the versatility that has become his signature.
