Kostas Murkudis
A cult name in fashion industry, Kostas Murkudis was born in Germany to Greek parents. He began his career as Helmut Lang’s first assistant, and showed his own label in Paris from 1996 to 2001. He was appointed as the Creative Director of New York Industries and has consulted with brands as broad-ranging as Balenciaga, Pringle of Scotland and Birkenstock. Known for his vision of ‘complex simplicity’, Murkudis brings plays on form, folds and geometry to his collection with At.Kollektive.
